The popular cultural activities lined for the month of July from all over the Philippines are provided below.

TIMPUPO FRUIT FESTIVAL
July 00- August 00 | Kidapawan City
Kidapawan takes its fruit growing industry to the streets-literally as the city celebrates the annual fruit festival.

MT. APO CLIMBING (TREKKING)
July 00 | Kidapawan City and Cotabato Province
Formal opening of Mt. Apo trails after a 2 year closure. A project of the Province of Cotabato in coordination with DOT 12, City Government of Kidapawan, Municipality of Magpet and mountaineering clubs of Region 12 and Region 11.

A gathering of top level Practical Shooting enthusiast from various gun clubs from different regions.

ONGGOYAN FESTIVAL

BANANA FESTIVAL

Festival featuring the city as the banana country and pays tribute to the largest economic contributor and the province’ No. 1 export-bananas.

FEAST OF OUR LADY OF GUIBANG
July 1- July 2 | Gamu, Isabela
Annual feast day of the Miraculous Lady of Guibang.

FESTIVAL OF OUR LADY OF PIAT
July 1- July 2 | Piat, Cagayan
Annual feast day of Our Lady of Piat highlighted by the procession of the Marian Image being venerated for centuries.

MANGO FESTIVAL
July 1- July 16 | Carmen, Agusan del Norte
A two weeks long festival that pays tribute to Carmen’s main crop “mango”. Among the featured activities are: an agricultural fair, food processing demonstration, cultural presentation and sports events.

SAG-AHAN FESTIVAL
July 1 | Toboso, Negros Occidental
Sag-ahan Festival manifests its joy and sense of thanksgiving and gratefulness for all the blessings and abundance it has received through the years.

SAN CARLOS CHARTER ANNIVERSARY
July 1 | San Carlos, Negros Occidental
Usually celebrated with a Thanksgiving Mass, sports activties, concerts, parade, beauty pageant and awarding to the city’s achiever of the year.

BANANA FESTIVAL
July 1- July 10 | Tagum, Davao del Norte
Street dancing, agri trade fair to highlight Davao del Norte as “banana country”.

ARAW NG DAVAO DEL SUR, DAVAO DEL NORTE, DAVAO ORIENTAL
July 1 | Digos City, Tagum City, Mati, Dvo, Oriental
Celebration of the division of Davao into three provinces. Consist of agro trade fair, civic military parade, sports competition, horsefight, tribal dances, beauty pageants, etc.

SUROY SA SURIGAO (GUIDED FAMILIARIZATION TOURS)
July 1- July 31 | Dinagat and Siaragao Island
To promote domestic tourism, the Provincial Government is sponsoring guided tours to elementary and secondary students. The tour includes visits to important kind marks and scenic spots.

RIVER TUBING FESTIVAL
July 2 | Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur
Honoring Sibulan rivers rich resources as part of the eco-adventure activities and an advocacy program to preserve the local resources and showcases its products

ARAW NG PASIG
July 2 | Pasig City
A grand celebration of the Pasig day highlighted by different activities like the Mutya ng Pasig Pageant, Dancing Parade, Outstanding Pasiguenos Night, Arts & Literary Competition, Palarong Pinoy, Kusina Pasigueno, etc.

SAGAYAN FESTIVAL (MARANAO WAR DANCE)
July 2 | Tubod, Lanao del Norte
This festival depicts the rich Maranao culture pageantry war
dance performed by warriors & fan dance by the Maranao maidens held during Araw ng Lanao del Norte.

PAGAY FESTIVAL
July 4 | Roxas, Isabela
The Municipality Government of Roxas highlighted the main agricultural product of Roxas – Palay. The event included street dancing competition, kuliglig contest and cooking of the biggest rice cake also featured in the national television.

PAGODA SA WAWA
July 4 | Bocaue, Bulacan
Held annually on the 1st Sunday of July in the town of Bocaue, the festival features a fluvial parade in honor of the miraculous "Krus sa Wawa".

SAN CARLOS CITY TREE PLANTING DAY
July 4 | San Carlos City, Negros Occidental
An enjoyable and meaningful annual tree planting activity in the mountain barangays participated by national and local government

CHARTER DAY - CADIZ CITY
July 4 | Cadiz City, Negros Occidental
Celebrated every 4th of July often times a five-day celebration marking the anniversary of Cadiz as a City

PHIL-AM FRIENDSHIP DAY
July 4 | Baguio City
Revival of friendship among Filipinos, Americans & other Nationalities accented with the sale exposition of variety products.

BANIG FESTIVAL
July 5 | Badian, Cebu
In celebration of Badian’s Annual Fiesta, the festival showcases the Cebuano & Badianganon culture, tradition, delicacies & local products especially its famous “mats” (banig).

PANGAPOG FESTIVAL
July 5- July 7 | Island Garden City of Samal
A thanksgiving festival celebration bountiful harvest features parade, indak-indak sa dalan, cultural presentation etc.

PASALABOK FESTIVAL 93RD (ADLAW SA DIPOLOG)
July 6 | Dipolog City
This fiesta aims to showcase the myriad interplay of cultures: Muslim, Lumad and the varied and diverse culture of the settlers from all over the Philippines as well as the Spanish, Chinese, American and other Asian cultures that have been meticulously woven and shaped into what is known as the unique Mindanao tri-people culture.

ALEGRIA DE ISABELA
July 8 | Isabela City
A festival based on a legend that tells how the early townsfolk survived a raging storm, where St. Isabela was seen blocking a giant wave. Celebrated with a regatta & procession of the image and merry- making beside the cathedral

MAUBANOG FESTIVAL
July 9- July 15 | Mauban, Quezon
A seven-days cultural extravaganza that features the town’s colorful history, amiable people, tasty cuisine and of course, its locally fermented only-in-Mauban nipa wine.

PHILIPPINE ECOLOGICAL EXPO 2005
July 11- July 17 | Greenbelt, Makati
With a theme" A Vision towards Environmental Preservation", it features various showcases of natural environment-related technologies and inventions, botanical/live plants retailers, landscape accessories . . . .

HUDYAKA FESTIVAL
July 12 | Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental
Street dancing competition which depicts the historical events of how Laguindingan become one of the municipalities of Misamis Oriental

T'NALAK FESTIVAL
July 13 18 | Koronadal City, South Cotabato
An annual celebration in South Cotabato which demonstrates the importance and significance of t’nalak cloth as the cultural image of South Cotabato.

PAHINUNGOD FESTIVAL
July 14- July 16 | Carrascal, Surigao del Sur
This is a Mardi gras performed around the streets of Carrascal in honor of their patroness, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.

SUBAYAN KEG SUBANON FESTIVAL
July 15- July 16 | Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental
A week-long trade fair/ street dancing depict songs, dances and other forms of simulated social expression of the rich Subanon cultural heritage

DIWAL FESTIVAL
July 15- July 16 | Roxas City, Capiz
A showcase of the seafood products, notably the diwal - the exotic and best tasting shellfish in the world.

LUNAY S’BUNG
July 16- July 23 | Region XII (no specific venue)
A native term once described the gathering of ancestors, thus this ethnic expression inspires the Expo to be convergence of people throughout Region XII. Showcase the diverse wealth of Region XII.

SANDUGO FESTIVAL
July 16 | Tagbilaran City, Bohol
Bohol’s annual commemoration of the Blood compact (mardi gras parade) between Rajah Sikatuna and Miguel Lopez de Legazpi.

EARTHQUAKE MEMORIAL DAY
July 16 | Baguio City
Memorial services for the victims of the 1990 killer earthquake.

“KUMBIRA” (FOOD FESTIVAL)
July 17- July 23 | Cagayan de Oro City
Food & culinary competitions sponsored by the Cagayan de Oro Hotel and Restaurant Association (COHARA).

LIBON PAROY FESTIVAL
July 22- July 25 | Libon, Albay
Katalingkasan which means freedom and rebirth, is held in conjunction with the Libon Town Fiesta and the feast of its Patron Saint, St. James the Greater. The festival aims to revive the rich cultural heritage of the town and at the same time promote local tourism

TOURISM CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK

Street dancing, trade fair & culutural presentations in observance of the City Charter day.

BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF APOLINARIO MABINI
July 22 | Brgy. Talaga, Tanauan, Batangas
An annual celebration commemorating the birth anniversary of our Sublime Paralytic. Activities include flower offering and short program.

PARABUR FESTIVAL & BUGUEY PATRONAL FIESTA

July 22- July 26 | Buguey, Cagayan
The patronal town fiesta of Buguey is celebrated with an agro-industrial trade fair and the promotion of fisheries products like crabs including special events and guided tours.

SUBLIAN FESTIVAL
July 23 | Batangas City, Batangas
An annual celebration to pay homage to the Holy Cross for a bountiful harvest.

SUBILAN FESTIVAL
July 23 | Batangas City
An annual celebration wherein a ritual dance is being done pay homage to the Holy Cross as a sort of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.

SINULOG DE TANJAY
July 24 | Tanjay, Negros Oriental
Street dancing with mock battles between Moros and Christians followed by reconciliation through the intercession of the patron Señor Santiago.

KINABAYO FESTIVAL (BATTLE OF COVADONGA)
July 24- July 25 | Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte
A re-enactment of the Spanish-Moorish wars particularly the battle of Covadonga.

SAULOG FESTIVAL
July 24 | Tanjay, Negros Oriental
Street dancing with mock battles between Moros and Christians followed by reconciliation through the intercession of the patron, Señor Santiago, held on July 24 on the eve of the patron’s feast. This is an old tradition that begin with old men engaged in swordplay and dancing from house to house.

SAYAWAN
July 25 | Compostela,Cebu
A feast in honor of St. James the Apostle celebrated with a street dancing and Barangayan.

PAKAPYA-AGTIKE
July 25- July 27 | Socorro, Mindoro Oriental
This festivity features cultural shows, parade of floats and a street dancing on last day showcasing its agricultural bounty performed by schools, barangays and tribal communities. The festival is a thanksgiving offering to its patron, the Holy Family.

KADAGATAN FESTIVAL
July 25 | Cortes, Surigao del Sur
It is a yearly thanksgiving of Cortesanons done through street dancing. Costumes and props of dancers symbolize marine life.

BALIKCARCANMADCARLAN CELEBRATION
July 25- July 31 | Cantillan, Surigao del Sur
A week-long activities participated by all Balikbayans.

MOLO DISTRICT FIESTA
July 26 | Molo, Iloilo City
This is Molo district fiesta in honor of St. Anne.

TILIBYUGAN
July 26 | Sapian, Capiz
It is the Sapianon’s way of celebrating their feast day in honor of their Patron Saint Anne every July 26

STA. ANANG BANAK TAGUIG RIVER FESTIVAL
July 26 | Municipality of Taguig
A fluvial parade in honor of the town patroness St. Anne. The thrills and excitement of the fishers are replayed after year by the “pasubo” where fluvial parade participants in Colorful boats and spectators by the riverbanks toss goodies of fruits and native delicacies to each other.
"MANYAMAN FESTIVAL" (1ST CLARK FOOD EXPO)
July 29- July 30 | Bayanihan Park, Clark Special Economic Zone, Pampanga
It is a two-day event that will showcase the Pampanga''s best offerings - from food, furniture, designs and culture - all under one major affair. "Manyaman" is a Kapampangan word for "masarap" (delicious).

FEAST OF ST. MARTHA (OLD)
July 29 | Municipality of Pateros
A celebration of the Feast Day pf St. Martha marked by a mass followed by a procession. One of the highlights of the procession is the “pasubo” where participants to the procession where given food & goodies by the spectators.

ABAYAN FESTIVAL
July 30 | Butuan City
A riverside festivity in honor of Saint Anne, Patroness of Agusan River-highlighted with baroto races and indigenous games for men, women and children capped by a fluvial procession.

ANNIVERSARY OF BATTLE OF PAYE
July 30 | Balimbing, Boac
